From Edsa southbound, From GMA MRT ride a CUBAO IBABAW. Turn Right on New York St after Dagupan Bus Line/Transit/Liner. Turn Right Again. Then Turn Left.
You'll notice on the left that these are all houses. Go past the 2-3 storey building on the left. SVP should be a large gate with a JARs of Clay poster. Enter In.
